It kind of made my day!My new running shoes made me want to run again. I was actually looking forward to going to the gym this morning even with temps at -4*F!
I started off easy for 27 minutes then cranked up the Resistance. It felt good to run hard and sweat..
10 minutes of abs at the gym then home to finish up my workout of planks, Super woman and squats.
Loving my running shoes and running again.. Well at least for today.
The Weather report for Friday is back up into the 20's.. I just might be able to go cross country skiing! There is hope!
